Please arrive for your class NO MORE THAN 5 minutes before your class

Please wear grip socks and suitable exercise clothing. Please remove jewellery and clothing with zips.

In cases of extreme weather where it may be difficult for either the instructor or yourselves to get in to the studio, where possible, we will offer an alternative online option.

Membership & Credit Pack Terms & Conditions

Credit Packs

Credit packs, previously known as Class passes are valid for the class types listed on the Memberships page.

Valid from day of purchase

You are agreeing to use all your credits within the allocated time period on the pass. 

A 6 credit pass is valid for 3 months

A 12 credit pass is valid for 6 months

Memberships

By purchasing a membership, you are agreeing to the terms and length of the contract.

Valid from day of purchase

You are agreeing to use all your credits within the allocated time period on the pass. 

The membership entitles you to either 4 or 8 credits per 4 week period.

Your credits MUST be used within 4 weeks of purchase/payment date or they will be lost, they WILL NOT be rolled over to the following month of the contract.

If you use all of your allocated sessions within the membership month, any additional sessions will be charged at the rate for a single session.

It is your responsibility to make sure that when you book a class it is using your membership credits as refunding additional sessions purchased outside of your membership may result in an admin fee.

If you cancel your membership before the end of the contract you will be charged an administrative fee relative to the period of contract remaining on your account:

1-3 months remaining – £25

4-6 months remaining – £50

7-9 months remaining – £75

10-12 months remaining – £100

Your membership may be paused up to 3 times within a 12 month contract.

Contracts may be paused for a maximum of 2 months.

More than 3 pauses in a contract will result in your membership being cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee based on the time period of your contract as outlined above.

Courses 

Courses (including, but not limited to Intro to Reformer Courses) are charged in a single payment for the entire course and are valid for the period of the course. 

These courses are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another course or class. 

Private Appointments

Private appointment credits can be purchased in blocks of 3, 6 or 12 sessions. 

12 Credit Passes are valid for 6 months

6 Credit Passes are valid for 3 months

3 Credit Passes are valid for 6 weeks

These passes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other classes or forms of credit. 

Should you need to extend your pass due to injury or an extended time period away, this can be done once per credit pass. 

We have a 48 hour cancellation or rescheduling policy. Any cancellations or requests to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice will be charged for.
