At The Bridge Pilates Studio we are committed to:
Providing our clients with high quality Pilates experiences
Confidentiality about your 1-2-1s and class content
Developing programmes of exercise suitable for the individual
Supporting our clients to develop and improve their movement habits and experiences
We take care to ensure that:
The space is cleaned thoroughly before and after classes
There are no more than three people within a class at any time
Hand Sanitizer is available throughout the studio
There is adequate time between classes so that clients can arrive and leave the studio, avoiding too many people are in the space at one time
We keep our equipment and mats spaced at least 2 meters apart
If we are unwell and suffering from any of the conditions associated with Covid-19, we will not teach at the studio and we will self-isolate.
We will wear appropriate PPE to deliver our sessions (at the time of writing this, face coverings are currently not compulsory but if you would prefer your instructor to wear a mask or visor in your sessions please let us know).
In return, we ask that our clients commit to:
Arriving no more than five minutes early and ready to move
Arriving dressed appropriately to participate in their Pilates session
Wearing grippy socks for their session (which can be purchased through the studio)
Providing their own water within bottles should they need to hydrate within their session
Bringing minimal personal belongings to the studio
Letting us know of any injuries or changes to their health which may affect their Pilates session
Paying for and booking their classes and 1-2-1s in advance to avoid missing out
Notifying us in advance should they need to cancel or reschedule a 1-2-1 or class booking
Bringing their own Small Pilates Equipment with them to class, including, but not limited to: Mats, Bands, Spikey Balls, Loop Bands and Soft Balls
If you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 or begin to feel unwell whilst at the studio you must cancel and reschedule your sessions. Please contact Bryony on 07963805951, she will inform your instructor and when you are ready, assist in re-booking your cancelled sessions.
Please note that if you fail to notify us in advance that you need to reschedule a session your unattended class will be considered a no-show
