What We Offer
In-Studio Classes (55 Minutes)
A mixture of mat based exercises and the use of small equipment and props.
We will work on developing your strength, stability, and coordination to create functional movement habits and balanced, improved posture.
A stretch, strengthen and relaxation class for expectant mothers. These sessions are a great opportunity to reinforce good alignment and breathing, stay mobile and build strength in a safe and friendly Pilates environment.
A group course for women at least 6 weeks post partum who have been cleared by their health visitor to return to exercise. In a supportive and friendly Pilates environment, we will look at ways in which Pilates can support the new mum through gentle stretch, strength and restorative movement.
The Reformer uses spring-controlled resistance to enhance your Pilates workout.
These great pieces of equipment provide quicker results and more challenges to the Pilates repertoire.
Studio Equipment Classes provide an opportunity to use the full Pilates equipment within a group setting. The equipment can add challenges and provide assistance with more of the trickier movements that the mat repertoire can’t do alone. We use a mixture of mat and equipment exercises to develop and progress within classes towards your own personal goals. There is a maximum of three people in these group sessions.

The restorative sessions are a gentler option which may suit you if you’re recovering from injury or prefer a more mindful pace.

Private sessions allow you to work on your
Online Classes (50 Minutes)
Visiting both classical and contemporary Pilates repertoire, we will lead you through a 50 minute Pilates session via Zoom.
This online class allows an opportunity to bridge the gap between in-studio, full-equipment classes and home workouts providing you with ideas and techniques to recreate some of the studio exercises at home.
Using small Pilates equipment and props, we will re-create some of your favourite Reformer based exercises in these online sessions.
